Return & Refund Policy

At Social Energy Solution (EAGLECHIP, LLC), we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your return and refund options.

1. Physical Products — 30-Day Return Window

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All included materials (manuals, accessories, etc.) must be included
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

2. Digital Products — 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with our digital products (courses, software tools, reports, and templates). If you are not satisfied with a digital purchase for any of the following reasons, we will issue a refund within 7 days of purchase:

  • The product does not match its description on the product page
  • You experience a technical issue that prevents access and we cannot resolve it
  • The content does not meet reasonable quality standards

To request a refund on a digital product, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and reason for the request.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or refund request:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for the return
  3. For physical returns, include photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  4. Wait for our response within 1–2 business days with instructions
  5. Do not ship items back before receiving a Return Authorization

4. Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit). In error cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or approve your digital refund request), we will process your refund:

  • Original payment method: Refunds are issued to the original PayPal account or credit card used for purchase
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval
  • Bank posting: Additional 2–10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional charge. To request an exchange, follow the return initiation process above and specify that you would like an exchange rather than a refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products accessed more than 7 days after purchase (unless defective)
  • Subscription services after the billing period has started
  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
