Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how Social Energy Solution (EAGLECHIP, LLC) handles the delivery of physical products. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
1. Processing Time
Physical orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
The following shipping options are available for all US orders:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all physical product orders of $75 or more (before taxes). This offer applies to domestic US addresses only. The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout when your cart subtotal meets the $75 threshold.
4. Digital Products
Digital products — including courses, software tools, market reports, financial templates, and ebooks — are delivered electronically to the email address associated with your account immediately after purchase confirmation. No shipping fee applies to digital products.
Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive your delivery email within 30 minutes.
5. Order Tracking
Once your physical order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, contact us at [email protected].
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes for Express or Overnight orders.
7. International Shipping
Currently, physical products are available for shipping within the United States only. International customers can purchase and access all digital products (courses, tools, reports) without restriction.
We are working to expand physical product shipping to Canada and select international markets. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
